Due To The Nature Of Vehicle Buying And Selling, Most Transactions Are Final Once The Purchase Is Confirmed And The Vehicle Is Delivered Or Ownership Is Transferred.

However, Refunds Or Adjustments May Be Considered Only Under The Following Conditions:

- If There Is A Proven Mismatch Between The Agreed Specifications And The Delivered Vehicle.

- If A Major Undisclosed Issue Is Identified At The Time Of Delivery.

- If Mutually Agreed Upon By Both CarReflection And The Customer Before Final Handover.

All Refund Requests Must Be Submitted With Valid Proof And Will Be Reviewed Carefully. Approved Refunds, If Any, Will Be Processed Within A Reasonable Time After Verification.

We Strongly Recommend Customers To Inspect Vehicles Properly And Clarify All Details Before Final Purchase To Avoid Any Inconvenience.
